5-Star Sanctuary
Valparaiso, IN
This lakeview suite, once compartmentalized into multiple rooms, limited both the views and spacious ambiance these homeowners craved. Eliminating walls and leveraging a cohesive palette throughout, we maximized space to create a soothing, hotel-worthy sanctuary.
An expansive eight foot double-sided fireplace ensures a cozy view from the king-sized bed or the soaking tub, and provides warmth even on the coldest winter nights. Additionally, a new walk-in closet increases storage while simultaneously shifting the sleeping area forward, ensuring breathtaking lake views upon waking.
Wood-look porcelain tile, shower walls adorned with pebble stones, and woven baskets nestled beneath the cantilevered vanity seamlessly blend natural textures into this primary suite. Complemented by a muted spa palette and framed by captivating lake views, the atmosphere exudes tranquility — an ideal haven for this high-achieving couple to begin and conclude their daily pursuits.
